Because of its therapeutic properties, a good essential oil can be a terrific base for any massage, including those used during the inducing and re-lactation process and/or daily Natural Breast Enhancement (NBE) routines. When applied and used correctly, these oils can often help to aid in promoting health, wellness, and beauty–and are often very beneficial to the nursing woman as she works to produce and support a fantastic supply of breast milk.
Much of essential oils’ effectiveness depends on the base herb as well as the method in which it was extracted. Many herbs are too potent to be applied directly to the skin, so it’s important to dilute them in a carrier oil. Vintage Rose Essential Oil blends contain a carefully balanced combination of herbs and skin-nourishing carrier oils, so they can be applied directly to the skin without dilution.
We currently offer three lactogenic blends:
Bountiful Blessings: For prompting lactation and enriching milk supply, and to aid in the overall health, wellness, natural enhancement, and beauty of the breasts. Rose, geranium, lavender, ylang ylang, and orange blossom blended with four nourishing carrier oils. Vegan.
Liquid Gold: For aiding lactation, increasing milk supply, and to aid in the overall health, well-being, natural enhancement, and beauty of the breasts. Vegan.
Lavender for Let-Down: For relaxation and to encourage the Milk Ejection Reflex (MER) for more successful lactation. Pure lavender blended with four nourishing carrier oils. This blend is gentle enough to use as an all-over body massage oil, and makes a perfect skin-to-skin contact EO, as it is calming and soothing to baby. Vegan.
